Sparkmailapp.com is an email client and does not sell physical goods, so it does not have a traditional return policy. However, if you decide not to continue with the Spark Premium Plan, you can cancel your subscription. The steps to cancel the subscription depend on the device you used to start it. Upon cancellation, your subscription will last until the expiration date. Note that the paid fees in Spark Premium Plan for Teams will be prorated in accordance with the number of active users during the subscription period. In such a case, your payment method will be charged or your digital Spark Account balance will be refunded with a prorated sum. How To Open A Spark Account?
To open an account on sparkmailapp.com, follow these steps:
- Launch Spark Desktop and click to start.
- Enter your email address or click Continue with Google.
- Tick I agree to the Spark Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Follow the onscreen instructions of your email provider to sign in.
- Your email provider will ask if you allow Spark to access your account. Click Allow or Agree.
- Click Start Using Spark.
Please note that Spark doesn’t support POP3 accounts. It works with Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo, Exchange, Outlook, Kerio Connect, and other IMAP email accounts. The first email account you add to Spark becomes your email for sync. When you want to use Spark on a new device, log in with this address. Your personal settings, added accounts and all emails will be synced automatically.
If you don’t see your email provider on the list, click Set Up Account Manually. This is the way you can set up IMAP accounts only. If you need additional settings, click Additional Settings. Here, you can choose ports, email server, and the type of protection.
Remember, removing an account from Spark won’t delete your emails as they are saved on the email server. You can always add your account again and continue working with your emails.
